Lithuania 10 Euro 2022 “Ukraine’s Fight for Freedom” is a commemorative silver coin issued by the Bank of Lithuania in support of Ukraine. The coin symbolizes solidarity between Lithuania and Ukraine and highlights the shared values of freedom, independence and democracy.
Obverse: The obverse design features the stylized coats of arms of Lithuania (Vytis) and Ukraine (Tryzub), united in the center of the composition. Decorative textile-style patterns inspired by Ukrainian traditional ornaments surround the symbols. The inscription “LIETUVA”, the denomination 10 €, the year 2022, and the mintmark of the Lithuanian Mint are also displayed.
Reverse: The reverse depicts hands embracing the outline of Ukraine, symbolizing protection, unity, and international support. The map is filled with traditional Ukrainian ornamentation. The design reflects solidarity and the fight for freedom.
