Obverse: depicts Paavo Nurmi, a legendary Finnish long-distance runner, widely regarded as one of the greatest athletes of all time. Known as the “Flying Finn”, he won 9 Olympic gold medals and 3 silver medals during the 1920s, becoming a global symbol of endurance, discipline and sporting excellence.
