The “Earth” coin is an innovative unique piece featuring a colored map of the planet made on translucent perlucor ceramic. It is encircled by a silver ring bearing the inscriptions “5 EURO” and “LATVIJA”. The reverse repeats the motif with the inscription “ZEME” and the year 2016.
