The Ukraine 20 Hryvnia 2016 banknote (Pick P-128) was issued to commemorate the 160th anniversary of the birth of Ivan Franko — a prominent Ukrainian writer, poet, and public figure.
The obverse features a portrait of Ivan Franko set against the Carpathian Mountains in green hues. To the right of the portrait is a violet, color-shifting inscription "160 років вiд народження", which is a distinctive security and design feature of this commemorative banknote.
The reverse side depicts the Lviv Opera House, an architectural monument from the early 20th century.
The banknote is made of paper, measuring 130 × 69 mm, with a watermark of Ivan Franko's portrait and the denomination "20". Condition is UNC (uncirculated).
