The Bangladesh 10 Taka 2010 banknote (Pick P-47c) is part of the regular issue series released by the Bangladesh Bank. Printed in Bengali and English, it features national symbols, cultural landmarks, and modern design elements.
The obverse side displays the emblem of Bangladesh on the left and the Shaheed Minar in Dhaka on the right — a monument commemorating the martyrs of the 1952 Bengali Language Movement. Decorative motifs include the national flower, the water lily, and a bird.
The reverse features the National Parliament House (Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban), an architectural masterpiece designed by Louis Kahn. Additional imagery includes an open book, symbolizing education, and a satellite dish, representing science and technology.
